Dear Plan Holder:

 We appreciate your interest in this project. Although the Project has received building permit approval from the NY State Education Department, it has not yet received approval from the NY DEC. Therefore, it has been determined by the Owner to postpone the bid opening date. The Owner anticipates communicating a new Bid Opening date by Addendum at a future date to be determined.
