Bid Documents can be obtained at the Plan Holder Syracuse Blue Print Company, 825 E Genesse St, Syracuse, NY 13210, Phone: 315-476-4084 on December 11, 2017.

The Bidding Documents shall be obtained thru Syracuse Blue Print Co. All prospective bidders shall register with Syracuse Blue Print Co. One printed set of bidding documents may be obtained upon receipt of deposit of the sum of One Hundred
dollars ($100.00) from contactor requesting a printed copy. Checks for deposit shall be submitted to and held by Syracuse Blue Print Co checks are to be made payable to the “Commissioner of Finance” of the City of Syracuse. Checks transferred
from other jobs will not be accepted. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit for bid documents. Prospective bidders may obtain additional full or partial printed sets at their own cost.

Syracuse Blue Print Co. will also provide electronic PDF bid documents via CD’s and or downloadable form their website. Prospective bidder shall be responsible for cost of electronic bid documents. Addenda will be issued by mail to all registered plan holders at no cost to bidder.

Delivery of bid documents is available for an additional non-refundable cost to prospective bidder.
