All prospective bidders shall register with Syracuse Blue Print Co.

REQUIRED: $100 check payable to Commissioner of Finance of the City of Syracuse. Bidders may place orders online and then follow up with check to SBP. NO TAX.

One printed set of bidding documents may be obtained per bidder.

Prospective bidders may obtain additional full or partial printed sets at their own cost.

Syracuse Blue Print Co. will also provide electronic PDF bid documents via CD’s and or downloadable form their website. Prospective bidder shall be responsible for cost of electronic bid documents. Addenda will be issued by mail to all registered plan holders at no cost to bidder.

Delivery of bid documents is available for an additional non-refundable cost to prospective bidder.
